Normally adding a battery like this is a controversial move since it also serves to ruin the whole look of your phone. In the case of PowerSpring 4 it makes the iPhone 4 look like nothing if not the iPhone 3.

It gains a bit of extra girth, and replaces those sharp corners with the rounded edges of Apple’s iconic phone. Only the slight bottom heavy design makes it a noticeable addition to your device.

But it is slim and unobtrusive enough, and the 1600mAh battery it features will fully recharge an iPhone 4 from empty. Although not a cheap option, for power users it is most likely the best there is.
