Quick review: SBSH Calendar Touch

SBSH Calendar Touch will replace your existing calendar/tasks software and  it also comes with a rather nifty interface to match.

The interface comprises of several touch gesture controls which will allow you to swipe your finger on the screen (side to side) in order to move between your calendar/task entries.

Swipe your finger in a downward vertical motion and you will get the date in a large format which you can use to quickly jump to any calendar date or if you keep your finger down on the screen and move in a horizontal fashion you will get a Touch-Date-Spinner, which is an animated date-picker that will continue to cycle until you release your finger from the screen.

There are other great little touches in the form of the view menu which provides large and easy to access icons showcasing your daily, list, weekly, monthly views, tasks or search options.

Filters can be applied to reduce the on-screen clutter, searches appear nippy and creating new appointments or tasks seems equipped with all the standard options (for example adding attendees, notes, categories and alarms).

With support for any screen res and additional enhancements not mentioned above the SBSH Calendar Touch program is a quality piece of software.
