I'm a technophobe so expect to overcome some of the problems but after 4 days it's left me totally stressed. Even answering the phone has meant missed calls today - there seems a different process if it's locked or not, and no consistency, so I keep cutting callers off. Go to voicemail and each mail is blank. Do I have to set up voicemail? I check the foldout instruction sheet but there is no table of contents so have to scan the entire thing to find no instructions. I then try to enter a contacts new mobile number - but how? I've typed it in but where is the Save option? I can't find it and lose the info. I feel utterly overwhelmed by trying to work this thing out. I've written my friend's new no on a bit of paper to carry with the phone when we meet tomorrow - surely this can't be right?
